Cricket Bat Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on English Willow cricket bats covering manufacturing or material defects that occur during normal use.

Warranty Coverage

• The cricket bat warranty is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Covers bat blades and handles for fair wear and tear during standard play.
• If damage is found not to be caused by customer misuse, the bat may be repaired or replaced after inspection.
• The decision to repair or replace will be at our discretion.

Eligibility

• This warranty applies only to English Willow bats.
• It does not apply to:
  • Kashmir Willow bats
  • Scoop bats
  • Poplar willow
  • Fiber or composite materials

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

• Excessive use with bowling machines
• Use with hard, concrete, or low-quality cricket balls
• Moisture or water damage to the toe or blade
• Dryness or cracking caused by extreme heat
• Improper preparation or insufficient oiling
• Severe edging, mistimed shots, or repeated mishits
• Damage caused by yorkers or jamming the bat into the ground
• Normal wear and tear from prolonged or aggressive use

Important Warranty Conditions

English Willow is a naturally soft material. Minor face cracks, slight dents, or surface marks are considered normal characteristics and do not indicate manufacturing defects. Proper preparation, usage, and maintenance can significantly reduce such damage.

The warranty will be considered void if any of the following conditions apply:

• Excessive or prolonged use with bowling machines
• Exposure to water or moisture causing swelling
• Damage caused by repeated mistimed shots
• Leaving the bat in extreme heat or dry environments
• Severe wear and tear due to extensive use

Equipment & Accessories Warranty

All protective equipment and accessories including pads, gloves, thigh guards, helmets, bags, and similar items come with a 14-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms for Equipment

• Covers faults that affect functionality only.
• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.
• Products must be properly maintained and used for their intended purpose.
• If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Warranty Claims & Proof of Purchase

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Valid proof of purchase is mandatory
• Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period
• All items will be inspected before approval

We reserve the right to approve, repair, replace, or reject warranty claims based on product condition and usage.
